The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. Fuse at the front desk was especially helpful, going out of his way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast provided was delicious and the location was perfect for visiting the parks. We were also impressed with the value for money and will definitely be returning in the future.
Only downside was the limited supplies in the room for three people.

comfort inn's beds are truly comfy, and the location is perfect for hitting the local resorts. the shuttle to city walk is a massive perk - gives you easy access to universal studio - islands of adventure, and volcano bay. the staff is super friendly, and the security is helpful - too.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom door lock was busted and the bathroom floor needed replacing. The breakfast was wonderful but the breakfast area was extremely crowded. I'll recommend this hotel.

we had a great time at Comfort Inn. the staff were courteous and helpful, especially with regard to Universal Studios. the location was great, and the shuttle service to/from Universal was a bonus. check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and supportive.
